Ed Mascarin, Owner
Ed’s blood runs a deep shade of Cabernet. He is the 3rd generation of Vineyard managers and winery workers in his large Italian family. In addition to maintaining the vision for 32 Winds, he manages to squeeze in a round of golf and some trout fishing whenever possible. He is also a vintner member at the Mayacama Club in Santa Rosa California.
Mia Mascarin-Oven, Partner
In 2010, after 20+ years in the oil and gas industry, Mia Mascarin Oven joined her father as the 4th generation in the wine business. Ed and Mia work closely together to establish the Mascarin family legacy of making the finest wines. Mia runs the business development side of things, in addition to wearing any and all hats necessary to manage operations. In her spare time she enjoys participating in community charities and cultural activities. She is a devoted mother, lover of art and of her dog “Libby”.
Sherry Harkins, Partner
As a fifth generation Northern Californian, wine and good food have been in Sherry’s blood her whole life. With a passion for the farming side, she is happiest out in the vineyards sharing the wines and traditions they produce. Sherry feels strongly that everyone feels welcome, no matter where you are on the wine knowledge spectrum.
Gathering at the table with family and friends is Sherry’s favorite pastime/obsession. With an extensive background in Food & Wine, Marketing and Hospitality, sharing 32 Winds, our story, our wines and the experience it creates is second nature and what she loves to do.
Sherry remains a proud Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo) graduate as well!
Liz Findeiss, Tasting Room Concierge
Liz is our treasured tasting room concierge, with a phenomenal palate to boot. A native of Maine, she grew up in Oklahoma, and has 15 years in the hospitality. She will be waiting to greet you at the tasting room and create a memorable experience for our guests and wine club members.
