Our 2016 Sauvignon Blanc comes from a small vineyard just a stone's throw from our winery in the heart of Dry Creek Valley
The area is famous for its fertile soil, perfect climate and geography for growing world-class grapes. The wine spent five months, split into 2 different vessels - neutral French oak, and concrete egg, giving the finished wine a beautiful, almost savory mouthfeel.
